25mm Cartridge Kit
The Nitron TVT25 Pro is a TVT fork cartridge kit application listed for Suzuki GSX-S 750 (17-19) with 25 mm pistons. TVT stands for Tri-Valve Technology and is designed as a cartridge upgrade over the original fork setup.
The TVT system uses an adjustable compression cartridge in the left fork leg and an adjustable rebound cartridge in the right fork leg, with independent damping and preload adjustment through the fork top caps.
Nitron’s TVT information sheet notes hard-anodised vital components, removable valve pistons for re-valving without removing the forks from the motorcycle, and the need for special tools when fitting the cartridge kit.
The Pro specification includes the ultra-low-friction Kashima coating upgrade noted in Nitron’s TVT information sheet.
